Review: Scary Kids Scaring Kids - Self Titled

The release of SKSK third album was almost unnoticed to me until i seen it in the target. They have moved a long way from the After Dark EP of being a deep dark sound.Review: New Maps Of Hell

Bad Religion's new record New Maps Of Hell is amazing. The songs have so much energy && the shows to promote the new record where some of the best ive ever been to.Review: Shorebirds - S/T 7"

With a lineup featuring ex-members of Jawbreaker and Latterman, it would have taken a lot for me not to like this record. Fortunately, that isn't the case.

Fuck buying new. Used gear all the way. Search craigslist or ebay, for real. What kind of sound are you going for?

I'm going for a classic metal sound. Like on unleashed in the east. I want something that sounds the most like a marshal

Ebay man. And your best bet is to read gear forums, something like harmony-central and/or just doing google searches. I plan on searching for a Sovtek Mig100H or a RedBear Mk60 or Mk100 soon. Possibly even a Sound City head, which predated Hiwatt's. Just really have to be persistent.

I'm just trying to find out what companies made a less expensive alternative to marshals. I know Red Bear used to have a reputation as a good low cost alternative but they aint been around in ages

Dude, search ebay for RedBears. My friend picked up 2 RB heads like a month or 2 ago for under 1000 dollars on ebay. He said they sound unbelievable.
