No matter how bad Oakland sucks, Puccini is a great place to get your hair cut.

I walk in and get a random stylist everytime and have yet to be disappointed. Its also the only place Ive ever trusted to dye my hair, and they did a fantastic job making it red and blonde, which is pretty tricky to do when its already dyed 909 shades of red.

She's lost total control.
