Review: Scary Kids Scaring Kids - Self Titled

The release of SKSK third album was almost unnoticed to me until i seen it in the target. They have moved a long way from the After Dark EP of being a deep dark sound.Review: New Maps Of Hell

Bad Religion's new record New Maps Of Hell is amazing. The songs have so much energy && the shows to promote the new record where some of the best ive ever been to.Review: Shorebirds - S/T 7"

With a lineup featuring ex-members of Jawbreaker and Latterman, it would have taken a lot for me not to like this record. Fortunately, that isn't the case.

What a fantastic movie! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juno_%28film%29 It has a limited release, but I saw it at Loews last night. It's a little quirky and I've heard some complaints about the way Juno talks, but in the end it works. The plot may make it seem a little close to Knocked Up, but they are two entirely different films. Probably in my top 3 films of the year. Solid soundtrack too.

it's been catching heat because she doesnt talk like a typical 16 (?) year old in that it's too sophisticated, or something. ill probably catch this once school starts up again

The soundtrack is so solid. Kimya Dawson is great and I love the little Paul Baribeau part, too bad that gets cut off as the song fades in the beginning of the film.

I'll watch this, but why is everything attached to Michael Cera considered gold? If anything, he was the WORST character on Arrested Development.

Being the worst character on Arrested Development shouldn't be considered bad. Everything about that show was brilliant. Cera has a certain charisma to him. Is he an amazing actor? No, not quite, but he pulls off the innocent teenager better than anyone else. I can't imagine another name actor playing his role in Juno and doing it as good as he does -- Ditto for his part in Superbad. Also, he is not really that big of a deal in this movie, he was second billed after Superbad blew up.

I haven't seen Juno, but I'll say this about Cera. He's totally believable as every character he plays. He's awkward in a really natural way.
Just let this happen.
