Review: Scary Kids Scaring Kids - Self Titled

The release of SKSK third album was almost unnoticed to me until i seen it in the target. They have moved a long way from the After Dark EP of being a deep dark sound.Review: New Maps Of Hell

Bad Religion's new record New Maps Of Hell is amazing. The songs have so much energy && the shows to promote the new record where some of the best ive ever been to.Review: Shorebirds - S/T 7"

With a lineup featuring ex-members of Jawbreaker and Latterman, it would have taken a lot for me not to like this record. Fortunately, that isn't the case.

fish is meat. i've seen people with turds smeared all over their foreheads all day. someone at work who just moved to the area who isn't catholic was basically called a heathen when he went to the cafeteria and wanted meat other than fish.

i saw somebody all tarded out at a gas station today and thought "what, is it ash wednesday?" but figured that it was too early in the year. i guess that perhaps i was wrong and it was not, in fact, too early in the year. but yeah, fish is meat. and i find it hilarious when they get all uppity about how eating fish gets boring. seriously, there's food on this planet that doesn't involve beef. -c

lent is cool cause lots of churches have some pretty tasty fried fish. I think I heard that the whole thing was started to help out Jesus's fishermen friends

I licked the blood from a beef tenderloin today off of a cutting board. I'm a vegetarian. Some things are worth the point.

There were a ton of blasphemers that ordered roast beef at work today. I will be saying a prayer for them tonight!

oh. ok. you got me good. my point was A) there wasn't a single clever, witty, funny thing posted in this thread, and B) if someone made a thread making fun of hindus for having dots on their head, and making fun of jews for eating kosher (or, for that matter, shittalking vegetarians for their diet choices), people would be in an outrage.

I made my comment because I was pissed that slicer was busy today and we didn't sell as much fish as we usually do, hence my day sucked haha. However, listening to people being dumbfounded about what is on a fish sandwich loses it's novelty after the 500th order in a row.

Dan I made my comment because people called me a heathen and told me i was going to hell for eating meat. How is that right? So i then offered them beef jerky. Why is it ok for them to tell me i'm going to hell and I'm not supposed to say anything back to them? Unless you weren't talking about my comment, then I love you.

haha, yeah, i wasn't talking about you. yours was pretty clearly a response to someone being a jerk in the first place.

i went to a catholic school. i have a right to be pissed off about this. fuck off. oh wait, i'm sorry, what i meant to say was that i'm sorry to have offended you. i did not realize that it is a possibility that you and jesus might have a close personal relationship and that the two of you might hold hands with each other on your personal journey through life. i will be more sensitive to the issue of an invisible man in the future and all of his millions of followers who would rather allow sick people suffer from things like cancer rather than allow for stem cell research because jesus said it's wrong.

And how in the fuck does it matter where you wen to school? i grew up in a jewish neighborhood, but if i spouted off a bunch of retarded, unfunny jokes about jews, i certainly wouldn't feel like i was justified in doing that. Lastly, catholic schools are where you'll find some of the more devout followers. just because they, and institutional catholicism, pissed you off when you were a wee lass shouldn't have any bearing on how you feel towards the rest of the followers of a religion. Getting pissed at someone for merely following their religious beliefs when they don't really affect you all that much is probably the most immature fucking thing in the whole world. again, kudos on being so presumptuous about my beliefs.

No. I am intolerant of all religions, even the trendy ones. And don't lump my vegetarian nuttery in with religious nuttery. At least I can back up my crazy with a rational thought process. -c
