i saw somebody all tarded out at a gas station today and thought "what, is it ash wednesday?" but figured that it was too early in the year. i guess that perhaps i was wrong and it was not, in fact, too early in the year.
but yeah, fish is meat. and i find it hilarious when they get all uppity about how eating fish gets boring. seriously, there's food on this planet that doesn't involve beef.

my point was A) there wasn't a single clever, witty, funny thing posted in this thread, and B) if someone made a thread making fun of hindus for having dots on their head, and making fun of jews for eating kosher (or, for that matter, shittalking vegetarians for their diet choices), people would be in an outrage.

I made my comment because I was pissed that slicer was busy today and we didn't sell as much fish as we usually do, hence my day sucked haha. However, listening to people being dumbfounded about what is on a fish sandwich loses it's novelty after the 500th order in a row.

Dan I made my comment because people called me a heathen and told me i was going to hell for eating meat. How is that right? So i then offered them beef jerky. oh wait, i'm sorry, what i meant to say was that i'm sorry to have offended you. i did not realize that it is a possibility that you and jesus might have a close personal relationship and that the two of you might hold hands with each other on your personal journey through life. i will be more sensitive to the issue of an invisible man in the future and all of his millions of followers who would rather allow sick people suffer from things like cancer rather than allow for stem cell research because jesus said it's wrong.

first off, i'm not catholic, so that was a fine waste of a rant. and again, i'm more offended by how horribly unfunny your jokes were. there is no possible way that you thought anything you said in this thread was funny whatsoever. also, you have a right to be pissed off about whatever you want, but i also have a right to point out how fucking inconsistent your anger is. And how in the fuck does it matter where you wen to school? i grew up in a jewish neighborhood, but if i spouted off a bunch of retarded, unfunny jokes about jews, i certainly wouldn't feel like i was justified in doing that. Lastly, catholic schools are where you'll find some of the more devout followers. just because they, and institutional catholicism, pissed you off when you were a wee lass shouldn't have any bearing on how you feel towards the rest of the followers of a religion. Getting pissed at someone for merely following their religious beliefs when they don't really affect you all that much is probably the most immature fucking thing in the whole world.

No. I am intolerant of all religions, even the trendy ones.
And don't lump my vegetarian nuttery in with religious nuttery. At least I can back up my crazy with a rational thought process.
